Heaps & Stacks: Tommy Tippee

Precision Packaging, Designed to Reveal

For Tommee Tippee, in collaboration with Heaps & Stacks, we produced a bespoke packaging solution designed around both functionality and the unboxing experience.

The open-ended slipcase features a series of precision-engineered pull-out and lift-out trays, creating a layered reveal as each section is opened. Every component was carefully constructed, wrapped and finished to achieve a premium look and feel throughout.

The packaging was built using Cairn Eco White over 2000mic ESKA board, paired with Invercote fitments and Arco materials to create a refined, uncoated tactile finish. Ribbon pulls were incorporated for a seamless opening experience, while custom die-cut apertures ensured every product was perfectly positioned within the presentation.

From the structure and materials to the smallest finishing detail, the project demonstrates how thoughtful packaging design and precision production can transform a functional box into a memorable brand experience.
